Position:  Kids@Eastmont Coordinator (6-8 Hours Per Week)

Position Summary:  The Kids Ministry Coordinator is responsible for supporting and promoting a birth through 5th grade ministry involving education and activities for children and the families of children who attend the Eastmont Campus. While providing a Gospel-friendly environment that encourages spiritual growth and family enrichment, the Kids Ministry Coordinator will also help manage a vibrant overall kids ministry for the church while identifying and developing servants to help maintain the ministry.

Church Summary:  First Baptist Kettering is one church with three campus locations across the greater Dayton Ohio area. Our mission is to invite people to be transformed by Jesus. Between 700-900 people attend our services each week, with more joining our livestream.  We are a multi-generational church with a high percentage of military families, young families, and plenty of empty-nesters and grandparents. People describe us as a friendly church, a church that preaches the Bible, and a church that is passionate about prayer, missions and community engagement.
