The purpose of the Elders is to provide spiritual and directional oversight with an emphasis on vision, values, mission, and strategic leadership. The FBK Elders consist of members of the pastoral staff and an equal number plus one of lay men who are elected by the members of the church and serve a four year term (and can only serve a two term consecutive maximum)
