Why Kids@FBK?

The Kids@FBK team is committed to nurturing children age 0-5th grade into a personal, exciting, and growing relationship with Jesus Christ and equipping families for spiritual growth. We strive to make church a happy place where children are taught the Bible, challenged to live by it, and encouraged to share it with others. We want to partner with you to make a permanent impression for Christ on the heart of your child.

When is Kids Ministry?

Sunday Mornings at 9:30am & 11:00am

Both campuses of FBK have kids ministry opportunities for age 0-5th grade every Sunday. If you are visiting for the first time, come to the main church entrance and look for the Kids@FBK Information desk. It is located in main lobby, you can’t miss it! Our awesome staff will help you and your family get checked-in and off to your destination in our travel-themed kids area!

Wednesday Nights 6:30pm-7:45pm

The AWANA Club at FBK meets on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 – 7:45pm from September until May. Initial registration occurs each August; however, your child may enroll at any point throughout the year. Our program is available for children ages 2 through 6th Grade. Special Needs Ministry

We exist to create a safe and secure environment as we meet the unique needs of individuals and families impacted by disability, leading them to know Jesus, His love, and His purpose for them as they live on mission with Him.

If you would like to learn more about our ministry, we’d love to get to know you better! Whether you are a special needs family or someone interested in serving as a buddy for our ministry, please email our Director of Kids & Families at Stephanie@fbckettering.org.
Sunday Mornings
Programming for birth through adults is available at 9:30A and 11:00A in our typical peer settings or in our sensory room.

We provide supports based on individual needs. It may be one of the following options:
  • Participating in their age-appropriate ministry with a teacher who is aware of and equipped for their needs
  • Paired with a Special Needs Ministry buddy who attends their age-appropriate ministry with them
  • Spending time in the sensory room and teaching classrooms for engagement and fun
